For entrepreneurs and small businesses, the prospect of launching a start-up or expanding an existing company can be somewhat daunting, especially in the current economic climate. Fortunately, this is where The Business Show comes in. The 29th anniversary of this popular event is taking place tomorrow and Friday in London and will feature some of the biggest names in British business keen to share their industry tips with those just starting out.
As The Business Show invites keynote speakers and exhibitors from a cross-section of industries, there will certainly be information available which could turn a struggling business into an overnight success. Keynote speakers such as Dragon’s Den star James Caan and entrepreneur Paul Lindley – the brains behind Ella’s Kitchen – will reveal factors which made their grass roots ideas the successes they are today, and furthermore will share pointers which could allow others to walk in their footsteps.
Of course, technology will be a major theme of this year’s exhibition, as progressions in the field have allowed businesses to connect with their customers and clients in ways never before imagined. Web conferencing, social networking and online shopping have all had massively influential effects upon the business sphere and companies which fail to adjust to these modern times may find themselves being left behind.
