Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has named Nigel Foster as the new head of its property management team. He joins the commercial consultancy from chartered surveyors Bulleys where he oversaw property management for four years.
A well-known figure within the Midlands commercial property community, Foster brings with him more than 25 years’ experience, including periods at CBRE and the family-run Horton’s Estates. He is also a non-executive director of the Black Country Housing Group.
“LSH has a strong local and national client base and I’m looking forward to working with their existing clients such as Aberdeen Asset Management, IVG, Severn Trent Water and British Steel Pension Fund,” said Foster, who specialises in strategic asset management, acquisitions and development. His other fields of expertise include pro-active asset management, refurbishment, disposals and mixed development work.
The head of LSH’s Birmingham office, where Foster will be based, is Adam Ramshaw. “I’m delighted with Nigel’s appointment, which is yet another exciting addition to our team here in Birmingham,” commented Ramshaw. “He brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise and I’m sure he will work extremely well alongside fellow director John Bird to drive the management team forward.”
