Plymouth based Listers Property Consultants have completed the letting of the former Floors-2-Go shop at 55-57 Exeter Street, on behalf of a private family trust.
Expanding bathroom product suppliers, Bathroom Village have agreed terms on a 9 year lease, adding to their existing outlets in Bristol, Exeter, Taunton and Cheltenham.
Bathroom Village have expressed their delight with the location of their new Plymouth store, less than 100 yards from British Land’s Drake Circus Shopping Centre, which enjoys an annual footfall of nearly 19 million people.
The property, which offers parking to the front and rear, was once a Bottoms Up wine shop and the letting was delayed until the Whitbread head-lease expired. It is believed that the new owners of Floors-2-Go have relocated to an out-of-town address.
