Northampton Commercial Property Agents Scoop Accolade

Posted on 15 October, 2012 by admin

The Northampton branch of Lambert Smith Hampton estate agents has been awarded the prestigious title of Northamptonshire’s Most Active Agent of the Year.

LSH’s Northampton office is located on the Grange Business Park and, according to the Estate Gazette’s annual competition, sees some of the highest levels of clients interested in buying or renting commercial property in the area. Their success will, hopefully, see even more business owners turning to the highly regarded commercial property agents to find their ideal business premises in Northamptonshire.
Head of office in the LSH Northampton commercial property, Ian Leather, expressed his delight at gaining the prestigious title. He said; “The market is tough and competitive at the moment, so to get this accolade now is especially pleasing.

“We have a great team here who know the Northamptonshire property market intimately and have the contacts and capabilities to get deals done.

“With our network of offices throughout the UK we have the added strength of nationwide market presence and expertise.”

However, it is not only Lambert Smith Hampton’s Northampton office that was highlighted as a leading commercial property agent branch by the Estate Gazette’s online service, who were responsible for the organisation and research that went into the competition.

LSH scooped a handful of awards for their achievements nationwide in 2011. Geoff Gibson, LSH Director, gained the title of “Dealmaker of the Year” for Leicestershire, thanks to his commercial property turnover in the county. Meanwhile, LSH won the Top Industrial Agent award for the whole of the UK due to their capabilities in the industrial commercial property sector.

Finally, the Most Active Agent of the Year award taken home by the Northampton office was added to, with LSH gaining the Most Active Agent accolades for the South East and Wales – two booming commercial property regions where LSH have had considerable success in the past year.

LSH Chief Executive Ezra Nahome was, understandably, very proud of his team’s achievements in their commercial property fields nationwide. He said; “The number of letting deals our industrial team completed in comparison to its nearest competitor was incredible – over 60 per cent more than the closest competitor.

“LSH also had a landslide victory in the South East, completing nearly three times as many deals as the closest competitor. In Wales LSH completed nearly 10 per cent more deals than the runner up.”

He added; “These awards are another set of enviable credentials and are testament to the commitment and dedication of our staff.

“The data and intelligence we hold and continue to gather allows us to provide our clients with superior market knowledge, enabling them to make high quality, effective property decisions.”

The distribution of awards was assessed by the Estate Gazette’s online team, who collated information pertaining to deals made by UK commercial property agents in 2011. Entrants were given an overall assessment, as well as judged on their performance in different commercial property sectors including industrial, office, retail and leisure.
