Movehut, the commercial property portal, is delighted to report that its client, Auction House had an exceptional day on Wednesday across five auctions.
The auctions were located throughout the UK in Berkshire, Birmingham & The Black Country, Coventry & Warwickshire, Merseyside & The Wirral and the West of England. Berkshire had a fantastic result at Blue Mountain Golf Club & Conference Centre in Bracknell, with 12 out of the 15 lots being sold, raising £3.4 million in total.
The Coventry & Warwickshire auction, held at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, sold all six lots offered, raising almost half a million pounds. Merseyside & The Wirral had a 69 per cent sale rate at the Village Leisure Hotel in Wirral with £1.4 million raised. Finally, the results from Engineers House in Bristol were also pleasing. Nine lots were offered, two were sold prior to auction and two were unsold giving the West of England a 78 per cent sale rate, raising over £700,000.
