Eight Out of Ten Lots Sold For Auction House Stephenson & Son

Movehut is delighted to report on Auction House Stephenson & Son’s fantastic result on Tuesday night’s auction.

The auction took place in York at the York Auction Centre at 18:00. Ten lots were offered and seven were sold on the night with one sold prior to the auction. In total £1.1 million was raised from the eight lots.

The sales ranged from a 2.7 acre plot of land going for £46,000 to an 18.53 acre plot selling for £214,000 – the most expensive sale of the night.

All in all it was another fantastic result for Auction House and we look forward to showcasing the results of the next two auctions on the 14^th May.
