Colliers International has been appointed by high-tech manufacturer Nivida to let 930 Aztec West on the northern fringe of Bristol.
The contemporary office building, situated on the south-eastern corner of Park Drive, provides a total of 30,713 sq ft of business space, comprising flexible suites ranging from 10,055 sq ft.
Among the benefits awaiting future occupiers are lakeside views and 122 parking spaces – an increasingly important factor in the decision making of businesses faced with city centre restrictions.
Aztec West is one of the most acclaimed business locations in the South West and is home to over 100 companies employing in excess of 6,000 staff. The park is close to Junction 16 of the M5, offering rapid access to the motorway network. It is also close to Bristol Parkway.
Bristol Offices Director at Colliers International, James Preece, said demand was increasing for high-specification space at the city’s most popular business park.
“930 Aztec West boasts a particularly high-specification fit out and has a BREEAM ‘very good’ rating”, he added.
The occupier line-up at Aztec West includes EE, Babcock, Atkins and the celebrated Aardman Animations.
