Bruton Knowles appointed to let Gloucester Warehouse and Office Property

Commercial property consultancy, Bruton Knowles, has been instructed to let a refurbished warehouse and office property on the junction of Gloucester’s Cole Avenue and Shepherd Road.

The modern, out-of-town unit offers almost 13,000 sq ft of warehouse space together with first floor offices measuring 3,800 sq ft.

It is ideally located with easy access to the A38 ring road and in close proximity to Junction 12 of the M5.

Robert Smith, of Bruton Knowles, describes the building as a prominent warehouse property benefitting from designated parking space and a rear yard.

“The premises have been refurbished in recent years and now forms one large unit, “he continued.

Major occupiers in the immediate vicinity include Formula One Autocentre, Plumb Centre, Jewson, Topps Tiles, Tile Giant and Wickes.”

Bruton Knowles was established over 150 years ago and now has thirteen offices across the UK.
