Auction House sold an impressive 80 per cent of properties offered across five auctions last week.
In total 81 lots were offered across the five auctions in Grantham, Thornbury, London, Tavistock and Walsall. Overall 58 properties were sold in the auction rooms, whilst nine lots sold prior to commencement.
In total a remarkable £10 million was raised from the five auctions, with London raising almost £6 million alone from 29 lots sold. What a truly impressive week, we can’t wait to see what this week’s auctions will bring.
