Two flexible office units on the popular Waterwells Business Park, near Gloucester, have been sold by Colliers International and joint agent ASH & Co.
One of the units, at Wheatstone Court, has been sold to Limbird Ltd and the other to a private individual.
Discussing the double sale, Colliers’ national offices director, James Preece, said: “Gloucestershire businesses have jumped at the chance to acquire their own self-contained offices rather than rely on the rental market.
“Wheatstone Park is ideally located to take advantage of the local motorway network as well as offering good access to Gloucester city centre.”
Simon McKeag, a partner at ASH & Co, added: “Demand for smaller office space has sharpened and the flexibility and quality of the offices at Wheatstone Court is key to their appeal.”
The remaining available units (10 and 14) each provide 2,220 sq ft of efficient open plan office space and benefit from on-site parking. They are available on a freehold basis.
Colliers International is a leading provider of global commercial property services, with almost 16,000 professionals operating out of 485 offices in 63 countries.
