Helping Hands works with members of the community to provide domiciliary care for people who are elderly and in vulnerable positions, and first started its operations in Alcester, Warwickshire over 20 years ago. However, due to a rising demand for its round the clock live in services, it is seeking to expand nationwide – making Bruton Knowles an ideal agent with numerous offices across the country.

Head of agency at Bruton Knowles, Paul Williams (pictured), reveals that the firm has already enjoyed a high degree of success in its ambitious search.

He says; “We have already successfully acquired new premises in locations including Chelmsford, Wokingham, Fareham, Aylesbury, and West Bridgford near Nottingham, and are about to complete leases in Wilmslow in Cheshire and Ferndown near Bournemouth, with further properties under offer in additional locations.

“Talking to our colleagues in other offices around the country certainly put us on the front foot and enabled us to narrow down our search to the most promising locations, and deliver an excellent service to our clients.”

Bruton Knowles currently operates thirteen regional offices throughout the UK, with key locations including Manchester, London, Nottingham, Leeds and Birmingham under its belt. The firm has been providing a range of services such as building consultancy, lease renewals, rent reviews and estate strategy for over 150 years.

Helping Hands is one of the UK’s leading providers of live in and hourly home care, and has won numerous awards for the high quality of its service provision. Hopefully, Bruton Knowles’ assistance in its rapid expansion programme will allow the firm to aid more people desperately in need of specialist care.
