Situated in the east of London is a symbol of success for Britain. Built for the 2012 Summer Olympics, where team GB won medals left right and centre, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is a memorable venue and home to many different facilities. We take a look into what the future holds for the famous park.

It is home to the athletes’ Olympic Village, as well as several sporting venues, including the Olympic Stadium, London Aquatics Centre and Copper Box arena, where events still take place and are open to the public.
With a total investment of £1.3 billion, the International Quarter is the largest commercial district on the park and comprises 4 million sq ft of commercial office space.
Plans for the mixed use development are looking great for the London economy, with 25,000 jobs to be created. It will comprise 300 new homes, 275,000 sq ft hotel provision and 52,000 sq ft of neighbourhood retail.
