This week Auction House has five property auctions to look forward to, with four of them taking place tomorrow!
Proceedings begin at the Hilton Northampton Hotel at 11.00am where Auction House Richard Greener has seven lots on offer.
They will be hoping to emulate the success of their last auction where 91% of the lots were sold raising over £1,500,000.
At the same time Auction House East Anglia will be opening the bidding at the De Vere Dunston Hall Hotel. The lots on offer include a mixture of residential and commercial properties together with a number of plots of land.
Tomorrow evening the action continues in the Midlands where Auction House Birmingham & Black Country will be staging their first April auction at Banks’s Stadium Walsall.
Bidding opens at 6.00pm and 18 lots are on offer. Last time out, Auction House Birmingham & Black Country sold 93% of the 14 lots offered raising a total of £1,604,000.
Finally, it’s over to Auction House East Anglia, once more, where a further seven lots will go under the gavel at the Holiday Inn Ipswich. Proceedings begin at 6.30pm.
On Friday Auction House East Anglia caps a very busy schedule with its third auction of the week.
This time the Dukes Head King’s Lynn is the venue and bidding will commence on the 9 lots on offer at 12 noon.
Auction House reports that sales rose by 9% in the first two months of 2014 with growth seen in all areas of the country.
In total 326 lots were sold with residential, commercial and investment properties all selling well.
With the market strengthening, Auction House expects this strong start to the year to continue and anticipates listing 3,500 lots for sale during 2014.
