Award winning South West commercial agents Burston Cook have recently concluded a number of deals. Acting on behalf of unnamed clients the Bristol based firm have let offices at two addresses on Whiteladies Road, Clifton.
At 96 Whiteladies Road Burston Cook let a 2,541 sq ft ground floor retail unit with the benefit of A3 restaurant use to Bosco Ltd. The property was let at a headline rent of £48,000 pa exclusive.
At 103 Whiteladies Road (pictured above) 1,700 sq ft of office space has been let to Strategy Distillery. The three floors were let at a rent of £12,75 per sq ft on a seven year lease with tenant only breaks at the end of the third and fifth years of the term.
Acting on behalf of a private client Burston Cook has let office space totalling 1,048 sq ft to Everett King and Partners for a term of 10 years. The lease for the 4 Kings Court property (pictured below) incorporates a tenant only break at the end of the fourth and eighth years of the term.
Other deals include the acquisition of 1 Ashtree Court, at Cardiff Gate Business Park on behalf of Ian Williams (Holdings) Ltd and the acquisition of two units at Bath’s Crescent Office Park on behalf of Jelf Group PLC.
Burston Cook has also concluded the freehold sale of 34 Portland Square, Bristol on behalf of private investors. The period office building with a basement wine bar was sold for £380,000.
