Award winning commercial property consultants Burston Cook have confirmed the completion of a flurry of acquisitions, sales and lettings.
Acting on behalf of Alliance Communications Ltd, the Bristol based firm has acquired a 90.6 sq m unit on the Eden Office Park at Ham Green. The property was acquired at a freehold price of £165,000 from Bristol and Western Properties Ltd who were represented by Hartnell Taylor Cook.
On the same day Burston Cook confirmed that it had completed the sale of 14 Small Street on behalf of a private pension fund. The 195 sq m self-contained office property was sold at a freehold price of £285,000.
Once again acting on behalf of a pension fund, Burston Cook has let the ground floor retail premises at Mariner House, Prince Street. The property was let on a ten year lease, with a five year tenants only break clause, at a rent of £17,000 per annum.
Acting on behalf of Farthingford Properties Ltd, Burston Cook has let a lock-up shop at 74 Whiteladies Road, Clifton at a rent of £38,200 per annum. The property comprises 94.5 sq m of retail space along with 77 sq m of storage space and four car parking spaces.
Finally, Burston Cook has negotiated the letting of another retail property on behalf of private owners. The shop, at 43/45 Park Street, has been leased for a ten year term (including a five year tenants only break clause) at a rent of £60,000 per annum.
