Property consultancy and management firm Bellrock has completed a number of deals throughout the country, as the regional markets continue to improve.
The locations of the deals range from the North West to the South Coast and were completed by Will Beresford from the Bellrock London office.
The first deal, where Bellrock acted for Johnson Cleaners UK Ltd, was for a ground floor shop in Blackpool. The property was sub-let for £9,000 pa to electronic cigarette company Liberty Flights.
In Birmingham, Bellrock acted for Redcastle Ltd to let a first floor 2,420 sq ft office in Acocks Green to a private individual for use as a kickboxing studio. The rent was £10,000 pa with the first three months’ rent free. A tenant only break option after the first year was also included in the lease.
Acting for an undisclosed landlord, Bellrock completed the letting of a first and second floor restaurant property in Colchester. The rent was £9,500 pa.
Once again acting on behalf of Johnson Cleaners, Bellrock completed the sub-lease of a shop in Southampton. The lease, agreed with a private individual, was £6,500 pa. The new tenant plans to use the property as a café.
Along with London, Bellrock has offices in Leicester and Manchester. The companies they provide services to include household names such as Marks & Spencer and Ladbrokes.
Beresford is a Senior Agency Surveyor and deals with the acquisition and disposal of retail properties on a national basis.
