Auction House Staffordshire has declared its first Stoke-on-Trent auction a success following a strong result earlier this month.
The 84% success rate included a mixture of residential, investment and commercial properties, with some selling for figures in excess of their guide price.
Speaking about the sale, which took place at the North Stafford Hotel (pictured), Danny Meyer said he and his fellow franchisee James Havill were “very happy” with the result which lived up to expectations expressed prior to the auction.
“It was a small sale but it was our first one and it means that we now have a credible platform we can build on and we are already taking properties for our next sale,” he told the Sentinel.
Auction House Staffordshire’s next property auction will take place at the same venue on 5th August at 7.00pm.
Other recent results for Auction House include last week’s sales at the Milton Keynes Hilton and Chester Racecourse which raised a combined total of £2,918,000.
This week’s auctions take place at the Blue Mountain Golf & Conference Centre, Binfield, Berkshire (Tuesday 24th June, 1.30pm) and Moorfield Road, Narbeth, Pembrokeshire (Thursday 26th June, 4.00pm).
