Last week Auction House West Yorkshire held another successful auction at Ellend Road, the home of Leeds United Football Club.
There were 54 lots offered at the auction of which a total of 42 were sold. This figure comprises lots sold prior to and after the auction and the 37 which were sold in the room. Two lots were withdrawn. This represents an impressive 78 per cent success rate, raising a total of £3,966, 450.
Among the highlights attracting bidders at the auction was a nine-room residential property in Leeds which sold for £450,000. Another was a three-floor freehold care home in Bradford which sold for £313,000.
The Ellend Road auction represented another good day for Auction House West Yorkshire helping to cement its position as the leading residential property auctioneer in the region.
