As autumn approaches, Auction House is midway through a busy month of sales. By the end of September 20 property auctions will have taken place throughout the country featuring over 500 lots.
This week sees sales taking place in the North East, South East Wales and Devon & Cornwall. Next week the action continues in Northamptonshire, Coventry & Warwickshire, South West Wales and Bristol, before the month is rounded off in Berkshire and North Lincolnshire the following week.
Among the September highlights so far is the 80% success rate achieved by Auction House London which raised a total of over £8 million.
Auction House West Yorkshire also hit the 80% mark at Leeds United Football Club, raising £2,340,000.
Other successful property auctions have taken place in locations as close as Liverpool and Manchester and as far apart as Cumbria and East Anglia, contributing to a good year for Auction House which has seen a 13% increase in sales.
In recognition of this continuing success the company has once again, been shortlisted for two prestigious industry awards in the Franchisor of the Year and Residential Auction House of the Year categories.
