Flexibility key factor in contemporary office search

November 25, 2014 – Small to medium businesses searching for more space are fuelling increased activity in Bristol’s office sector, according to sector specialists Colliers International.
National offices specialist James Preece said the recovery was prompting firms to take further space in their existing buildings or move on to newer, larger locations.

He said: “Quality accommodation is still in demand due to the lack of speculative development during the downturn and landlords are recognising that refurbished space is becoming increasingly popular.”

Colliers International has been called in to market Dominions House at Stoke Gifford – which offers 7,614sq ft of open plan and self-contained offices along with 37 on site car parking spaces on Bristol’s thriving northern fringe.

He said: “The offices are about to undergo an extensive refurbishment which will add to its appeal. Flexibility in terms of floorplates or space required is crucial and firms looking at Dominions House can take the whole building or on a floor by floor basis.

“With average out-of-town deal sizes circa 6,000 sq ft Dominions House provides the flexibility small to medium firms are looking for.”

Local occupiers include MoD, Friends Life and the Higher Education Funding Council for England.
Superbly located for rail and road links, Dominions House is within 15 minutes’ walk of Parkway station.
All enquiries should be directed to James Preece, National Offices, Colliers International on 0117 917 2047.
